Mandatory CPSC eFiling
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has made eFiling mandatory for imported consumer products that require a Certificate of Compliance. The requirement became effective on July 8, 2026, for most imported regulated consumer products.
What is CPSC eFiling?
CPSC eFiling is an electronic system that requires importers to submit Certificate of Compliance (CoC) information electronically through U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)’s ACE system before imported products enter U.S. commerce. The program helps CPSC identify high-risk shipments while reducing delays for compliant importers.
